Inside Sales – French Market

For the Inside Sales position we are looking for a sales enthusiast. Your mission will be to continue adding new companies into the #AgriTechRevolution. You will work with leading companies and a solid and creative team where you can contribute with your talent and own ideas. What will you do?
- Selecting contacts from our database whom you will contact to understand their needs. You will speak to decision makers: managers, agronomists, , winemakers, field managers, etc.
- Applying advanced qualification methodologies to detect the prospect’s potential and needs.
- Offering a custom solution to your prospects through the tools, content and demos that we will put at your disposal.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
- Finally, you will be in close contact with our Customer Success team, who will ensure the best after-sales service.
What are we looking for?
- A person who likes getting out of his/her comfort zone and a “Can do” spirit.
- A first sales experience in which you have confirmed that your professional objective is sales.
- A strong commercial spirit combined with the desire to solve customers’ pains and needs reinforcing the image of the company.
- You always go the extra mile and accomplish your goals
- Ability to manage objections: persuasiveness and creativity
- You always look to improve what is not working
- Strength to overcome failure
- Tech-wise: excel, spreadsheets, online tools, …
- Native French and good English skills
We will also value:
- B2B / SaaS sales experience
- Previous experience in Startup environment
- Good command of CRMs
- Good Spanish Skills
